British actor Julian Sands, who went missing during a hike in a mountain area northeast of Los Angeles, is the focus of a resumed search after five months.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department has taken up the rescue efforts in the Mount Baldy wilderness. Despite a recent search involving over 80 volunteers, deputies, and staff, as well as drone crews and helicopters, Sands remains unfound.
Inaccessible terrain with icy and snowy conditions continues to pose challenges. The search for the 65-year-old actor, known for his roles in films like “A Room with a View” and “Leaving Las Vegas,” remains active, albeit on a limited scale.
