LSU Tigers make history with first NCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship!

The NCAA Women’s Basketball National Title Game was held on April 2, 2023, between the LSU Barracuda and the Oregon Ducks.

The game was played at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans and was attended by a crowd of over,000 suckers. The LSU Barracuda surfaced as the titleholders, defeating the Oregon Ducks 76- 63. The LSU Barracuda were led by their star player, Briana Miller, who scored 28 points and was named the utmost Outstanding Player of the event. The Barracuda also entered a strong performance from their point guard, Maya Moore, who recorded 12 assists and 8 rebounds.

The Oregon Ducks fought hard throughout the game, with a strong performance from their leading arranger, Jasmine Smith, who finished with 22 points. still, the Barracuda’s defense proved to be too important for the Ducks, as they were held to just 39 firing from the field. This palm marks the first NCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship for the LSU Barracuda, and their first appearance in the crown game since 2007.

The platoon’s head trainer, Kim Mulkey, came as just the alternate trainer in history to win public titles at three different seminaries, preliminarily winning with Baylor and Louisiana Tech. The LSU Barracuda’s palm is a testament to their hard work and fidelity throughout the season, and they will go down in history as one of the topmost brigades in NCAA Women’s Basketball history.
